  • - If the client approves the initial design, the project proceeds to full development and the remaining cost will be billed accordingly.
  • - If the client does not approve the initial design, a full refund of the upfront payment will be issued.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, content, and materials necessary to complete the project. Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

All website designs and code created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership is transferred to the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of your website, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits.

7. Privacy and Data

We do not collect personal data directly. However, we use Google Analytics to monitor website performance, which may collect anonymous visitor data.

Our contact form collects only the information you choose to provide (e.g., name, email). This data is used solely for communication purposes and is not shared or sold.
